FORUM RULES AND REGULATIONS

Forum Registration
1. The TRCS Forum was created to establish a venue for Interest Club coordination and participation as well as to eliminate unnecessary emails.
2. The TRCS Forum will not allow the use of external emails for registration to ensure the security of the forum.
3. The TRCS Forum is strictly for TRCS McKinley based employees only. Avoid sharing this with external and non-TRCS personnel.
4. The TRCS Forum administrators have the right to remove any unknown individuals using other emails which are not TRCS related.
5. The TRCS Forum promotes the use of personal names or nicknames. WE DO NOT ALLOW the use of ALIASES or NAMES WHICH CANNOT BE EASILY IDENTIFIED



Forum Posting
1. The TRCS Forum is strictly for club interest topics and discussions ONLY. Avoid posting non-related topics and comments.
2. The TRCS Forum administrators and moderators have the right to remove any offensive or non-club related discussion.
3. The TRCS Forum administrator has the right to ban or remove any user who is not following the above regulations.



Image Posting
1. Using image signatures are not allowed.
2. Creating profile pictures are strictly limited to the 90x90 pixels only.
3. Any size bigger will be removed or an alert will be provided to change the image.
4. When posting pictures, make use of THUMBNAILS to prevent large image spamming
5. DO NOT post offensive or non-club related images
6. The TRCS Forum administrator has the right to ban or remove any user who is not following the above regulations.



Club Forum Request
1. Only those who can provide a list of members are given their own forum.
2. The forum requestor will designate a club forum moderator for his/her forum.
3. It is the responsibility of the club moderators to monitor and/or practice order within their club forums.
4. Clubs whose forums or members maintained constant in-subordinations to the rules and regulations will be subject to suspension or deletion.
5. The TRCS Forum administrator has the right to ban or remove any user who is not following the above regulations.
